One of the most tranquil and enjoyable methods to see the scenery in Alanya is on a horse riding. This journey is appropriate for all levels of riders, from inexperienced beginners to those who have ridden often in the past, thanks to the team of 20 skilled horses. While you take a leisurely ride through the breathtaking countryside, up into the Taurus hills, and through the historic town of Syedra, our knowledgeable guide staff will take care of you. A genuinely exceptional and delightful way to see the area is on horse riding in Alanya.
You will be greeted at the riding center by our team of experienced riders. You will meet your horse, which has been picked out, especially for you, based on your riding skills. There is no need to fear for those brand-new to the game. You will be provided with mellow, peaceful horses, and your guides will accompany you at all times to assist you in handling and leading these magnificent creatures. We have some larger, more powerful horses that like being taken on our trails for individuals with a little more experience and those who want to challenge themselves.
We begin with a safety briefing and then go on to some instructions on horse management. Beginners will be surprised by how fast they can pick up the necessary abilities, and their confidence levels will swiftly increase. Please feel free to ask any queries; our helpful team is ready to assist you.
After our brief instruction, it is time to lead the horses into the path. While winding through the woods and gradually starting to approach the Taurus mountain range, the beautiful Alanya landscape serves as our backdrop. The historic district of Syedra is where we first stop. This lovely village, perched on a hillside with a view of the Mediterranean Sea, is a wonderful place to explore the landscape. The original city wall has been kept in part so that we may see how things were back then, and the city walls are embellished with numerous mosaics.
Then, after a little ride to another nearby hamlet, we will stop for a breather and some traditional apple tea. Afterward, we will return on our horses and slowly return to the riding school. The ride lasts around two hours with breathtaking landscapes and two worthwhile cultural stops along the route.
Smaller horses are available for kids. With two persons guiding the pony, even kids under five may have fun.
